Have it ever happened with you, friends are talking about the latest released blockbuster and you don’t have a single word to utter as you don’t know what happens on that movie?? Really, it may be the most discouraging moment….   for a teenager!

What you decide to do in such kinda frustration??? Definitely, you’ll decide to buy a DVD. But how many DVDs you can have….. purchasing a DVD costs you your hard earned dollars again and again and it’s not possible to purchase a DVD after every release.

a “donkey punch” is a nasty physical act instigated during an intimate moment between (up until that point) consenting adults. In any case, DONKEY PUNCH seeks to wade (more on that later) into violent thriller mode rather than wallow in sexually explicit situations. As such, it only fitfully lands its…er, punches.

Recalling the deceptively lulling setup of last year’s underrated and underattended THE RUINS, the opening minutes of director/co-writer Olly Blackburn’s feature debut set the scene in a sun-drenched Mallorca, Spain (credibly doubled by South Africa). We are swiftly introduced to a trio of college-age English lasses on weekend holiday—as in, drinks and whatever follows from there. (As recent real-life reports have detailed, there is a trend of young Brits holidaying elsewhere in Europe and getting blotto.) A blur of partying soon finds the gals hanging out with a trio of English lads (none of whom they know from back home). Chatting, imbibing, and flirting beachside, the sextet soon formulates a field trip aboard a luxury yacht moored nearby, one that the boys are crewing on and that just happens to be at their complete and utter disposal for a couple more days.

Tammi (Nichola Burley), the good girl of the distaff trio, has some reservations, but goes along for the ride—which becomes just that when “captain” Marcus (Jay Taylor) takes them all out to sea, with the gender balance having already been skewed by one of the boys’ brothers joining the group. The setting is idyllic, the hormones are raging and there are drugs on hand to stoke the partying. When the inevitable let’s-all-go-below-deck moment arrives, Blackburn and co-writer David Bloom ratchet up the tension; after all, as one of the boys says, three into four won’t go…
